Fatma Bayati

Hello, my name is Fatma, and I’m currently training to become an Audiology Assistant here at Inman Audiology.

I never imagined myself in the medical field. My journey started when I took a job at an ENT clinic performing audiograms and allergy tests. The environment was challenging, but I quickly fell in love with the hands-on care and the meaningful impact we could make in people’s lives. That experience lit a spark I couldn’t ignore.

At the time, I was studying criminal justice and working as a patient care coordinator. But something changed. Whether I was on the phone with patients, helping walk-ins, or shadowing providers, I found myself drawn to the work. Seeing firsthand how hearing care transformed lives inspired me to change course entirely.
