COVID-19 Safety
Rest assured, your safety is our priority!
Your safety is my priority. To keep all of my patients safe I am only allowing 1 person/family in the office for an appointment at a time. Between every
appointment, the entire office is cleaned and sanitized.
You will be asked to wear a mask when you enter the office. If you do not have your own mask we are happy to provide one for you.
Patient screening
Every patient must answer negatively to the following questions:

Are you experiencing any symptoms related to COVID 19?

Respiratory issues

Shortness of breath

Have you been exposed to anyone with the COVID 19 virus or has a test pending?
We will take your temperature when you enter the office. Your temperature must be below 100.0 F to be allowed to enter past the waiting room.
If you are not feeling well we will ask you to remain in your car while we take your hearing aids into the office and repair and clean them for you.
